He's got brain damage. He's in a coma. He could die, and he's not even eighteen. A woman's crying. He's not sad, yet. He doesn't know what's happened, yet. His eyes don't seem open, don't seem closed. His mind seems empty. The woman keeps crying, and he's not even eighteen.
I don't know if I could have kept a straight face, though, when his family told me he fell off a pogo stick.
